“Is that dark cigar really strong?”
Buddy: “We hear this question a lot when customers are comparing the color of the wrappers on cigars. We hear it in particular regarding ‘The Madura’ one of our most popular cigars.
Just because a cigar wrapper is dark, doesn’t mean it’s strong. During the aging process of the Madura, they sweat the tobacco, which gives it a fuller-bodied taste and more flavorful. It also makes the wrapper darker.”
